Petbuds is a two-sided digital platform that connects pet owners with trusted pet carers. The platform enables pet owners to post service requests and receive quotes from carers, while allowing both parties to communicate, manage bookings, and handle payments seamlessly.
Project requirements
Pet owners often struggle to find reliable carers for their pets, while pet carers lack a centralized platform to discover service opportunities. Existing solutions were fragmented and lacked structured booking workflows, real-time communication, transparent pricing and payments, and activity tracking for pet services. The client needed a secure, user-friendly marketplace built specifically for pet care services.
Solution and results
Laskon Technologies designed and developed Petbuds, a scalable mobile-first platform supporting two user roles: Pet Owner and Pet Carer. The system enables pet owners to post service requests, receive and compare quotes, book carers, and manage pet-related activities, all within one application.
